Mold Design Department: Responsible for 3D modeling, structural design, and optimization of plastic molds and hardware molds, and coordinating with customer needs to achieve rapid prototyping.
Process R&D Department: Focusing on production process innovation (such as injection molding, stamping and sheet metal process optimization), introducing automation technology to improve efficiency.
Materials Research and Development Laboratory: Explore new material applications (such as high-strength plastics and lightweight alloys), and collaborate with universities to conduct forward-looking technological research.
Project Engineering Department: Coordinate the entire project process, from drawing conversion to mass production import, to ensure technical implementation and cost control.
2. Production and manufacturing center (cornerstone of large-scale manufacturing)
Mold Manufacturing Department: High precision mold processing (CNC, EDM, slow wire), equipped with precision testing equipment (coordinate measuring instrument).
Injection Processing Department: Multi tonnage injection molding machine cluster, supporting mass production of precision plastic shell materials, covering complex processes such as IMD/IML.
Stamping and sheet metal department: high-speed stamping lines, laser cutting machines, bending and forming equipment to achieve high-precision metal component processing.
Assembly Division: Standardized assembly line, integrated with one-stop assembly capabilities such as DIP, SMT surface mount, and finished product testing.
Equipment Management Department: Responsible for the maintenance, upgrading, and intelligent transformation of production equipment, ensuring that the equipment utilization rate is ≥ 95%.
3. Quality Control Center (Quality Assurance Core)
Quality Assurance Department (QA): Develop a quality management system (ISO 9001), lead supplier audits, incoming material control, and customer complaint handling.
Quality Control Department (QC): Full process inspection (first piece inspection, inspection, final inspection), using SPC statistical process control to ensure process stability.
Metrology laboratory: Calibration of precision instruments (such as height gauges and roughness meters), issuance of authoritative testing reports, and compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
