Uneven edges during the processing of stamping and stretching parts are a common quality issue.
1. Reasons for Uneven Edges
The center point between the blank and the convex concave die is not consistent or the material thickness is uneven, as well as the radius of the concave die corner and the gap between the convex concave die are uneven (the radius of the concave die corner is too large, and it separates from the edge pressing ring in the final stage of deep drawing, causing the material edge pressing ring that has not yet crossed the corner to wrinkle and be pulled into the concave die to form mouth edge wrinkles.
2. Solutions
The die should be repositioned, the radius of the concave die corner and the gap between the convex concave die should be corrected to make them uniform in size, and then put into production (reducing the radius of the concave die corner or using an arc-shaped edge pressing ring device can eliminate wrinkles).
